These terms cover your use of certificatejoy.com as it exists today, including its marketing pages, free tools, setup enquiries, and certificate workspace. Paid subscription terms are confirmed separately in writing before payment.

Using this site

You may browse certificatejoy.com and request setup for personal or business evaluation of CertificateJoy. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at disruptive volume, or submit false or malicious information through our forms.

Setup requests and subscriptions

Sending a setup enquiry does not create a paid account, take payment, or guarantee access to a product or feature. We confirm the plan, current features, availability, billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, certificate hosting, and plan limits in writing before your first invoice is paid. The listed prices are monthly software subscription prices in USD.

Certificate records

You are responsible for the accuracy of certificate details you issue and for having permission to publish recipient information on public verification pages. CertificateJoy provides tools to issue, verify, revoke, and reinstate records; using it does not itself confer accreditation or validate the underlying achievement.

No warranty

This site and its content are provided "as is." Example certificates use fictional recipient details. The product overview video illustrates both current and planned features; the homepage explains what is available today. Planned features are not a promise of availability on a particular date.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will update the "last updated" date above.
